My friend and I eat at Outback Steakhouse once a week. I have yet to be disappointed. Regardless of who waits on us everything is always great. Last night however I forgot my phone in the bathroom! I didn't realize it until I got home so I immediately drove back. I explained that I had lost my phone and the manager came out to ask me what type of phone, any identifying characteristics, etc. which I told him. The manager immediately went to the back to retrieve my phone for me. The manager, Dillon, was extremely polite and professional. I don't know about too many of you but Dillon is doing a fabulous job as are his staff.
