Outback Steakhouse in Aspen Hill

We got Door dash. Outback forgot to give us Butter and Sour Cream for our 2 Baked potatoes. The New York strip was more mediumwell then medium. Other than that, it was good.

This outback service is horrible. First got seated waitress mikayla took our order. I ordered the new drink that’s advertised after she took our order instead of putting it in to the kitchen and bar she went to the next table which was back to back with us Odd seeing as the restaurant was empty with. Covid and social distancing you see at us back to back But as I was saying she took our order then went to the next table and was taking there order which took the elderly couple about 15 minutes as the kept changing there mind and asking a bunch of questions. Not happy with the service. My kids and I ate dinner at this Aspen Hill Outback Steakhouse on 4th June Friday 6:30pm. Not so crowded. Let me start with no utensil and little plate  placed on our table. Appetizers (shrimp and tuna) arrived. Waitresses walk passed and didn't say anything. I had to ask for the utensils and plates which took about 10 minutes to get. Then, empty plates and bowls (from clam chowder soups) didn't get picked up until our main dish/course arrives. I told the little white man (manager)  who delivered our foods that customer service here is terrible. He apologized. I told him our waitress didn't come by to ask us if we need anything. The manager apologized again. Our drinks are empty. I said we have been eating out every Friday evening on restaurants and this is the worst customer service. Finally the check arrived and given to me by a different person, a waiter guy. He seems to be better server and smiled. I usually tip 20% but this time I did 15%.  The manager didn't show up and seems not to care. This is our last visit here. If we need to have an outback steak we will go to the Gaithersburg Outback.
