His server was real nice and professional unfortunately he had to serve low quality food .

The quality of the food was terrible! The salmon was burned, and the potatoes served with the dish were obviously frozen potatoes. I also ordered the soup of the day, and it was made with canned chicken.Overall, just really gross.

It was an interesting experience at The Overlook restaurant this morning. My wife an I went down to have a morning tea and coffee and to enjoy a quiet read. The hostess in full confrence presentation voice announced to every group of guests that were seated that "this table has a view..." and then gave detailed instructions on the layout of the buffet and how someone would proceed through the line as if the guests of a Crowne Plaza hotel had never experienced the complications of negotiating the h...
