As bland a Mexican restaurant as I've eaten at in many years. Taco Bell has more robust and developed flavors. Traveling through Knoxville and staying overnight. Checked out reviews for Pacos. Paco's did not disappoint. It exceeded our expectations. There is a salsa bar with great homemade salsas. We all ordered street tacos with homemade corn tortillas. We all thought they were great. Carnitas meat was moist. Pastor was flavorful. We also ordered chips and Guacamole. Also great. We would definitely eat here again. We wondered why there wasn't a line outside the door.

I got the Cantinflas and it was the best burrito I have had in a very very long time. Thank you Paco's tacos for making quality food. I'll be back.
