I have been eating Pagliacci Pizza for years. This is the first time it wasn't the best experience. Pizza was undercooked. Where is that crisp crust? We waited 20 minutes for it to finish cooking. Ate it there. Not once was a table cleaned. This is not the Pagliacci experience I am used to.
