a lot of unnecessary confusion, multiple calls, eventual pick up instead of normal delivery of our pizza on the parcel box which has been tge routine since covid started. delivery rules apparently changed as prior the delivery person calls to notify and would leave the pizza. now, if you dont hear your phone ring (easy to happen), tge person wairs for a few minutes (pagliacci words, not mine) and returns to store without leaving the pizza. we wait, call again. informed of situation. i tell the lady...

I've been here multiple times and the pizza is always good.Today I went in and stood at the counter for about two minutes and wasn't even acknowledged by employees. I had at least three employees who walked by in some way and made eye contact with me but none said 'Hello' or 'We'll be right with you' or anything. I ended up leaving and going to eat somewhere else.
