Pagliacci has great customer service and amazing pizzas. I walked in for slices at the Madison location and they were heated up for me and the staff was lovely !

This is far and away, the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Terrible crust. To put it simply, if a New Yorker was here they would physically and verbally assault the employees—ensuring they not only got a refund but the health department shut down this establishment.If I could sum up the taste in 3 words: “School Cafeteria Pizza.”

I ordered a delivery pizza from Pagliacci yesterday (large BBQ chicken) and it was delivered in a timely manner. The pizza arrived warm but not super hot. The actual flavors of the pizza were subtle for a BBQ chicken pizza, but the flavor was pleasant. The pizza was not overly salty and the crust was delicious. I really appreciate how Pagliacci pizza does not leave you feeling bad after eating it. This is evidence of the high quality ingredients that they use.
