This is the crowning jewel of Amarillo, Texas. This coffee shop is possibly the best thing that Amarillo offers. Palace is so much more than coffee. The baristas offer a kind warm welcome to everyone and make the rough test days better. They have quarterly charitable causes with tasty specialty drinks. It’s a great place to chat or study.

We drove cross country and stopped by this shop because we were looking for specialty coffee and found Palace Coffee Company. I had a pour over and it wasn’t good.. the beans felt burned and the pour over was flavorless. Either not well extracted or just bad beans.. I would want to come back and give it another try! Maybe another barista would do better.
