We spent a week at the Boca Raton Resort and club and were absolutely blown away by the options, service, and views at the Palm Court. Every day they have a different benedict. Every day I loved the benedict they offered as much or more than the day before. The breakfast buffet here is amazing. So many choices and everything is delicious. You must be a member or a guest to dine here but I strongly suggest having brunch here if you can. They have an omlette/egg station. There is a table with all of the ingredients you could possbly want that you place in a dish to hand to the chef. What a great way to get exactly what you want. He also makes waffles to order. Bacon, sausage, smoked salmon, eggs Benedict, and hash browns. Fruit, fresh juices, oatmeal, yogurt parfaits, chia pudding are also among the choices. Bagels, muffins, etc. They also have gluten free options. The dining area has a glass atrium ceiling that is beautiful and there is also outdoor seating on Lake Boca Raton. The service was great with our waiter checking on us frequently.
