Terrible Customer Service, was told delivery would be a hour. I understand it's dinner time and things take a while to deliver during the dinner rush but 2 1/2 hours later and still no delivery. This use to be one of my favorite places but after this it will be the last order we place there. If I could give zero stars I would. Do your stomach a favor and order some where else that is faster and cheaper.

This place is less than a block from my house. In 3+ years I've lived here, never have I had a courtesy phone taker and they don't care if you like or dislike their product. I asked for thin crust, seriously, just say you don't have it. Don't pretend you do and I asked for items to be excluded and they added it and I asked for extra cheese, ZERO EXTRA CHESSE. I'm a hard core support my local businesses person. But enough is enough. I'll never order from Palo Mesa Pizza again.
