Wow, what a wonderful treat to happen upon this amazing place yesterday while traveling through Alexandria. Huge portions of some of the best food we’ve eaten (my favorite étouffée ever!) and great service from wonderful folks. No doubt we will look for a reason to be back!

Mold in ice and on cornbread. Can’t talk to staff cause too busy talking with each other instead of cleaning the place. Manager is too busy to answer the phone. Too bad cause food is usually good and place is busy. Health Dept notified.

Me and my co-workers had heard about the food served here. The reviews on their Facebook page made me want to try it. I cannot put into words how delicious their food is. Pamela's Bayou in a Bowl has the best home-cooking food i have ever eaten. The service was excellent there as well. Everyone was so nice. I will definitely become a regular and will be spreading the word.
