Horrible. Every time we go here we have a bad experience, I'm not sure why we decided to give one last chance. The last time we went the girl helping us didn't change her gloves once, but handled money and then returned to the food line where she proceeded to touch our burritos and the meat... The same girl working behind the counter this time was filthy, her clothes were covered head to toe in animal fur and dried food...she had no customer service whatsoever and we could hardly understand her mumbles behind her mask. When we went they were currently not making burritos because they "couldn't get the grill to work".
