One of the best Chinese restaurants in town, if not the best, and they'rein a great location. I always get takeout but they have space to eat there too.

I was teetering between a 3 and a 4 on this one. My bf and I were feeling quite lazy after hitting the gym so we decided to order takeout. We rolled the dice and went with Panda Cafe. We ordered the General Tso's and combination fried rice (because sometimes you want Americanized Chinese). The reason I wanted to give them a 4 was because of how fast the delivery guy showed up and how polite he was. He greeted me with the utmost respect and even said hello to my bf who was sitting way in the back on the couch. Best delivery experience from a takeout! Now the reason for the 3 is that the food tasted really average. The General Tso did not have that certain tang we were looking for. The fried rice tasted a bit plain and didn't have that Cantonese flare that I love from takeouts. It all barreled down to whether I'd order from them again and I don't think I will even though...
