I wanted to eat in, looked for any kind of sign that said take out only, and couldn't find so I decided to order. When I started to eat, the lady told me it's take out only. After she said that, I looked everywhere for a sign again, and I found a single sign with 1 inch tall letters that said take out only in an obscure spot. I only give it a 2 cause the other lady wasn't there and I could barely understand her and evidently she couldn't understand me cause I didn't get what I wanted. But the food was still good. It just wasn't everything I wanted.

5 stars for the Panda Chinese Restaurant on Western Avenue, Folks! That's right --- 5 stars! Anybody that is giving this less than 4 stars is not evaluating this place on what it is. And what is is the perfect take out, rainy day, sick day Chinese food. Yes, indeed. If you are in the mood for upscale Chinese, which I don't what that is, then this is not the place for you. However, if your idea of a deliciously good time include crab rangooneys, egg rolls fried to perfection, an inordinate amount of wonton soup crunchies, and the classic chicken dish passed down from sir General Tso, then this is your place. To give it that extra half star too, everyone inside the place is so nice!!
