It pains me to write this review but Panda Delite in Matlock has finally done it. I have been ordering with them for years and I did like I did in the past tonight, ordering combination fried rice very spicy. This is the same thing I have ordered in years and someone basically dumped pepper in my food. For the first time, I called to let them know and the lady I spoke with basically blamed me for the wrong order. This is a place I order from almost weekly, even through the pandemic when business was slow. She was so rude on the phone and hung up on me. That's bad customer service. I am giving 2 stars only because of the past.
