Waited 20min to get food with only 1 employee at the front and 3 customers horrible never again

The siren song of Panda Express keeps calling me back. It is decent tasting food and even crave-able . But let's not kid ourselves and continue calling it express. I will say 1 out of 3 times I come in at off hours I can get in and out of there in 10 minutes AND their workers are mostly kind and helpful. But they are beyond overworked and incredibly under staffed during lunch and dinner rush so it can take quite a while to get your meal. But, I'm really impressed with the workers because I know they're doing their best. Also, the food is still delicious. So, I guess I've gotta have a little more patience or come at off hours. Lol
