Panda used to be amazing and give you great portions now they are so skimpy if they even have the promotional meet that they have on their menu that day will not be going back

It seems like no one wants to cook went there and they had empty bowls of the most asked foods i mean if that is what most people ask for why have them empty and have people wait for periods of time for food that should of been done already it should be a fast food restaurant if people wanted or had time to waste waiting for food there is better places with better quality of same kind of food sometimes we want something fast and eazy because we are short on time and panda express shouldnt be the exeption
