if i could rate a 0 i would. the teriyaki chickens after taste, taste like freezer burn, which i thought was a one time accident on their behalf but after getting it the past 2 times, within 2-3 months it still taste the same! like freezer burn. food is definitely not fresh and up to par with regulations, employees are rude and do not clarify anything to you. nobody wears hair nets, only hats? i've gotten a piece of hair in my food from this location before and the higher ups didn't do anything about it. officially never coming back to this panda on 172nd and if you're reading this just go literally anywhere else. i recommend teriyaki point on 172nd!

I haven't eaten at Panda Express in probably 15 years. I went tonight for a fundraiser for a local team... To then find out at purchasing that they were not honoring what was advertised (order online or in person) that they were only ordering online but not taking anymore online orders because they are too busy and short staffed. Not a good move on Panda Exress' part.
