I ordered through Uber Eats... I got broccoli beef.. which was ALL BROCCOLI... and walnut shrimp, which was three pieces of shrimp. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

The people complaining about the service here sound to me like they haven’t worked customer service during a pandemic and the holidays. The staff here are always quick and courteous! During my recent visit, the cashier Sam (?) was super helpful and everyone on the line and prep were handling the peak dinner rush as best as one could. People need to have a bit more compassion and patience for service industry workers and remember their manners when requesting a service, regardless of what it is!

So I ordered my dinner tonight through the Panda Express app, I have done this before at this address, and I received an email that my dinner was delivered. There was nothing at my door, nobody made any delivery and I walked the entire apartment complex to make sure it didn't go elsewhere. So I called this Panda location and reached a lady who argued with me that I needed to speak with Door Dash about my order because they handed it off to the driver and have nothing to do with it anymore. I explained to her 3-4 times that I did NOT order through Door Dash! When I asked her if she was going to send my dinner to me, she hung up on me and would not answer the phone again!!! Completely lousy customer service!! No customer should have to argue that they didn't get their dinner OR be hung up on! Even though this place is close, I will drive out of my way to get my Panda fix from now on!!
