I pre-ordered my food and got there within 25 min and I still had to wait another 15-20 for my food. Other than the food was good

I placed an order thru their app and when I arrived to pick up the order wasn’t ready which I didn’t mind. What bothered me was that it took 30 min. before someone acknowledge me and tried to help. The worst part is that every time a new customer walked in they would stop working on my order to take a new order. Horrible customer service and management.

Ordered black pepper angus steak and got Beijing beef and they sent me 3 pineapples with my order of sweet fire chicken breast. Astonishing amount of incompetence, it's Panda Express.... the job really isn't hard at all. It's really annoying when a restaurant that requires you to have the education of a 3 year old still can't get an order correct. Someone from HR needs to get in there and wipe the slate clean of all current employees. If this were my restaurant, whoever was responsible would be fired on the spot nobody has time for such a low level of service.
