I pre-ordered my food and got there within 25 min and I still had to wait another 15-20 for my food. Other than the food was good

I placed an order thru their app and when I arrived to pick up the order wasn’t ready which I didn’t mind. What bothered me was that it took 30 min. before someone acknowledge me and tried to help. The worst part is that every time a new customer walked in they would stop working on my order to take a new order. Horrible customer service and management.

Ordered black pepper angus steak and got Beijing beef and they sent me 3 pineapples with my order of sweet fire chicken breast. Astonishing amount of incompetence, it's Panda Express.... the job really isn't hard at all. It's really annoying when a restaurant that requires you to have the education of a 3 year old still can't get an order correct. Someone from HR needs to get in there and wipe the slate clean of all current employees. If this...
