Zero star review if possible. Staff are unattentive, do not know online ordering system and ignore customer who order online on the app. Waited 30 minutes at the restaurant to finally speak with someone and mention my name “Thomas Nguyen.” The staff said “oh yeah we forgot to make your order. Your order menu paper slip is on our counterdesk. Let us make your order real quick in 30 seconds. Sorry we have ignored you for 30 minutes.” I gave you zero stars if possible because my order has been ignored completely by your staff. What’s the point of ordering online? You lose me out and you will lose more of my connections in Copperfield. Sorry Panda! Your service seriously deteriorates over the years, huh? I gave you five stars review before but now I need to change my mind to a zero stars review now. As a loyal customer to this specific Panda Express location, I have never been so disappointed with the service I received, until tonight 11-21-21 at approximately 8’clock at night. I got one too many “Sorry we don’t have this item available for the rest of the night” responses. I ordered anyways with whatever items they had available for entrees, but let me tell you, it’s not the same of an enjoyable dinner when you don’t get what you were looking forward to from when me of your favorite restaurants. I don’t know if it’s fault of the chefs or the staff attending the counters, but if I’m not wrong there should be communications between both positions to determine when the next batch of entree needs to start getting made. 2 of the entrees that weren’t available were, KUNG PAO CHICKEN, and STRING BEAN C...
