Never order from their online website! I placed an order worth around $40 that was supposed to be ready at 1:50 PM, decided to take a little longer to get there to give them some time to have it ready so I arrived at 1:56 pm. When I arrived they told they couldn’t find my order and eventually found out someone from doordash had taken my order. I had to wait until 2:10 PM for my order to be ready (20 min after it was supposed to be ready) and didn’t even offer an apology or to compensate in any other way.

Slowest drive thru ever. Walk in's closes at 8 which is dumb when every other restaurant has dine in up until closing time. I guess according to Panda Express, covid only attacks after 8 p.m. orange chicken is really soggy. The string beans on the chicken is also real soggy and looks old. I keep giving this location chances after chances. I'm done with this location

Store doesn't answer the phone and employees refuse to serve customers because the boyfriend was in the parking lot. Girl employee with pink eye makeup looks for fight with customers. Food is usually mediocre...at best.
