The lobby was closed tried to knock on the window to advise them I had a truck and trailer and was unable to fit through the drive-through i made several phone calls they just ignored me and I don't think that's how you treat customers.

As a truck diver I was not able to buy food here.. the lobby is closed and they only accept drive thru orders.. shame on this restaurant

It's a chain restaurant so it's like every other panda express, which is what I expect. Why doesn't panda express give out sweeteners for their unsweetened drinks? Is it just this location? Every other visit I will actually get soy or chili sauce without asking.
