This place keeps going downhill. They were out of literally everything except Kung Pao chicken so we settled for that. When we got home, there was one little tiny spoonful on top of a giant bowl of rice. And there were maybe 2 small pieces of chicken in each bowl. The rice was hard like it had sat around for awhile. They are cutting corners big time-it’s not worth it! And, to top it off, the fortune in the cookie was blank!

It he food is what you expect of Panda Express, but the service is always terrible! The negativity comes from the managers. Today's manager (11/4/2021@12:33pm) was so rude! I placed my order and forgot an eggroll so asked if I could add it to my order at the window (other drive thrus have no problem with this). From outside I could see the manager getting irritated with the window employee and she was wagging her finger "no" at me. It's a terrible work environment for the employees. The managers are always grumpy and stressed out and take it out on their employees and customers. This has been my experience EVERY time I have gone. I keep going because I like the food, but today was the last time I will be visiting this location. It's too bad because we live so nearby.
