On 6/18/2021 I visited this location in route home to pick up dinner for my family. Upon arrival I ordered the family meal with 3 sides with rice and vegetables. The young short lady who took my order at 5:24 pm boxed up the noodles instead of rice that I asked for. I went back to ask her if it was the rice in the box and she said “you didn’t order rice you ordered noodles that’s what I wrote down.” Please note I run a Customer service department. She took the box of noodles and threw it back into the pan. I asked her what she said but she wasn’t woman enough to say it in English. Extremely poor customer service. Thankfully I had not paid. If you want your food served with a side of attitude this is the place to visit.

If you can't have half the food ready by the time you open, then there is clearly an issue. The staff doesn't seem to care much about customer service, either.If you're in the mood for Panda Express, go to the one in Springfield. I've never had an issue there.
