We had to go to a different location to order our food correctly because the person try to take or order could not understand that we should get 2 sides with or "Family Feast" meal. Instead she was insisting that she needed to put a box with half Lo mein and half fried rice. After a few minutes of trying to explain that we needed both in there own box, we left and were able to order with no problem at the location on Stacy/75. The food is normally good here and we had never had a problem like this before. I would recommend ordering online first if you are getting food at this location.

EXTREMELY rude at the drive thru, he interrupted us during ordering, gave us the total and told us to drive up even though we were not at all finished ordering. We confronted them AFTER we got our food (didn't want spit in it) and the drive thru attendee blamed it on the guy behind him, that clearly was not wearing a headset to work the drive thru. This is totally unacceptable and my office just down the road of over 100 people have all been told how terrible this location is and been advised to go to the McKinney location if possible. ps, there were 5 cars in the parking lot and no one behind us in...

WORST SERVICE from any Panda Express! They got the order wrong, didn’t put forks with which to eat the food in the bag and took over 15 minutes to prepare the chicken teriyaki for the kids. Very slow, uncaring and careless staff.
