Panda Express in Agoura Hills

Ordered catering for 150 people and everything was great! Ease ordering over phone with Esteban and pick up went very smoothly. Emma, the cashier, was extremely friendly.

I used to love pandas (Animal) and now i love even more cuz of this place haha Genius place would visit again and recommend!

I'm a third party driver and customer to feed my family, the location is very convenient for my home and my mother loves that this location has peppered chicken and the westlake one doesn't so that's a bonus, the reason why I've put this a one star and this isn't going towards the employees except for the manager as well as the food such as the fried rice and noodles being extremely dry and no flavor in them compared to westlake it's always fresh so it sucks when I drop off food to customers that they tell me the sides are super dry then tell them to get a partial refund thru the third party app, also they messed up an order that I was delivering which I had no control of but wanted to fix it anyways for the customer after I dropped it off, the manager didn't even want to fix the issue because their job was done so I went above beyond for customer not going empty handed and paid out of my pocket so that the customer is happy, isn't that what customer service is all about to satisfy the customer's needs? Very lacking in management especially because this isn't the first time I come to this location for delivery always getting bad comments from customers that have ordered here.  I remember getting an interview for Panda Express a long time ago and told me without frequent customers coming there is no business.... I hope the owner can have the time to read this and fix management drastically because he also seemed very unprofessional as well when handling issues, I'm sure this wasn't the first time this happened.
