Tonight we came through the drive-thru and ordered several different items, the person operating the drive-thru was scatter brained and was not listening to our order asking us to repeat it multiple times and acting very confused. Cinthia in the drive through was short and dismissive. Even slammed the drive-thru window in my face for asking for soy sauce. I wouldn't want her facing my customers. Also the lobby was closed for dining.

Advertise saying they are open at 1030. They are not. Was doing errands and decided to stop for an early lunch they have a line building and no service at all
