I have ordered panda for delivery twice through the app and both times I have ordered teriyaki chicken and both times I put in special requests to ensure there is teriyaki sauce. Both times it was delivered without teriyaki sauce. Both times I have called the store after it was delivered and I was told I can go to the store and pick up the sauce, but they won't deliver it. Who the hell orders TERIYAKI chicken without TERIYAKI sauce?! That's literally the only thing that gives this chicken flavor. Panda Express messed up the order and would do nothing to fix their mistake. Terrible business practice that resulted in terrible customer service. I won't be ordering delivery from them again, I will take my business elsewhere.
