Drive thirty minutes to get some food and was told when I went inside that what was out for food is all they will have for the rest of the night, they will not be restocking anything. You restock and have hot food until it is time to close, not so you can get done with work earlier!

Online order and pick up. Waited 25 mins for my order. Staff didn't ask or seem to care that my order was extremely behind. I asked staff about the status of my order and they said that they don't know and to please wait. At one point there was a line of people waiting for their online orders, all the while, staff continued to serve walk up customers as usual. Zero system in place how to blend online orders into their expediting process. To be honest, it seems as though they've hired teenagers to run this location with zero help or guidance on customer service or efficiency. I feel actually very sorry for the staff that they are not being guided or taught how to do their jobs properly . I can tell that they are frustrated. Panda Express is giving me reasons not to give them my money anymore. Oh and to add insult to injury they messed up the order.
