They weren't really fully stocked on food so I didn't know what to get right away and the lady rushed me and told me if I wanted something else it'd be a 15 minute wait. I would have waited if she wasn't so rude. Terrible customer service.

I only gave 3 starts because the food is definitely over cooked and a little dry , how can you give someone something saucy with out the sauce.Maybe it’s just me but the place is extremely busy to not have fresh good food. I know its a pandemic and No one wants to work which made the wait in line awful because it was only 1 person on the line taking orders and if you know this location then you would know they get very busy ( VCU area ). Hope things get better at this location there aren’t to many Panda Express locations near me to be began with. Can’t wait for the one in white oak to open ..thank you to the staff who did serve me cause it has to be stressful to be that short of staff
