The beef and broccoli was so bland I thought I had Covid. Staff was friendly but go elsewhere for more flavorful food.

I’ve been coming to this place for over 15 years but ever since the change in management the quality of food and service has gone downhill fast. I ordered the chicken egg foo yong and it came extremely greasy and oily. No taste whatsoever and it was falling apart. Simply awful. I complained to the manager and she said she wouldn’t remove it from my bill because that’s the way it supposed to taste and there’s nothing wrong with it. I told her I’ve been coming here for years and never once complained and the least you could do was remove it from my bill since I only took a few bites. She said “no sorryI” I’ve seen numerous times where they get other customers orders wrong they have to go back and change it.I come here at least two or three times a month. With food and service like this I won’t be coming back for a while. It’s no wonder the place is always empty when I walk in.

We have been ordering from Panda Garden for 8 years. Never had a complaint. However, a roach leg in my rice today = never ever ordering from there again. So grossed out! I wasn't 100% sure that's what it was, so I used my phone to take a close up picture. Yep. Last time to order for us. That's just disgusting.
