This place is amazing, best chicken chow mein sweet and sour pork and pot stickers in Santa Cruz. Great service and a cozy indoor setting really make the Panda Inn worth stopping by.

Been a customer for 25 years will never go back. Hot and sour soup was nothing but thickened broth!!!.little broccoli and beef… Four out if our four meals were more than disappointing Im sincerely sad to see our “go to “ Chinese restaurant gone.

My family and I have been eating here for over 20 years and have loved their high quality Chinese food—i believe 5 years back or so they were recognized with an award as one of the best Chinese restaurants in CA. BUT unfortunately the quality has noticeably declined. The food isn’t as good and service isn’t as helpful of efficient. I know times are tough during COVID and having good employees is hard to come by, but the quality SHOULD NOT SUFFER. I’m having doubts after all these years of patronage that I’ll go back again.
