I found the person taking the order and the chef on duty to be extremely rude. I saw the menu and walked throughout the Anaheim Packing District, had my mind set on quiche. I went to order and asked about the side salad that accompanies the quiche. I was told it was made with Spring Mix, something that makes me sick by the taste. I asked and pleaded to have romaine lettuce instead since it was offered on another dish. The response was unbelievably rude. NO!!! I asked about any substitutions, again NO!!! If the two people weren't so rude I still would've ordered. But not after the way I was treated. So much for customer service.

This place used to be nice, not sure what happened in the months since I was there last but the service was rude and I was presented with a latte that had spilled into the saucer creating a mess and asked for a napkin and was told to get it myself. How about not serving sloppy coffee to begin with? All the milk foam went into the first latte so the second latte was just hot milk. Try harder, for your future customers sake.
