Food it's always good and the service is courteous.

Staff was friendly, but not the most hygienic. A couple of workers were eating food and then got up to start making mine. One put on gloves, luckily, but didn't wash their hands. Luckily she was just doing the soup, but after doing mine she rub her hands across her nose. Probably won't get going back to this location, didn't really seem like they had it all together.

Panera Bread use to be a great place -- wow has it gone downhill. They have inept staff who do not listen and blame the customer for their lack of experience. It is no longer a clean place, they are usually out of coffee and the management has an attitude. Wish that I could go in a time machine and visit the Panera Bread from ten years ago when they believed in customer service.
