It’s a fancier fast food place … not as healthy as the image would appear it to be

Just dropped by for lunch and this location was fairly clean and I was greeted right when I walked in the door.It seems that they are getting effected by the pandemic as they were running out of some fresh food items. Granted several companies are facing inventory issues. Hoping that gets resolved soon.Other than that we received fast, fresh, and excellent service.

Although my family and I enjoy eating at various Panera Bread locations , I am disappointed in the customer service at the Apopka reataurant. When I was sick my husband thought it would be nice to stop at Panera on his way home to buy some soup for me. He also ordered other items for the family for dinner, spending over $30. When we sat down to have dinner, the soup was missing. That was the whole reason he went to Panera but everyone makes mistakes. He called the store and was told we could come back in to get a soup. We live 45 minutes away from this location so he provided his name and was told he could come back in for soup another day. Obviuosly, this was as inconvenience. The next day my hisband went back and without even asking for anything more than the soup he was told they can’t give anything more. We paid for the soup the day before but actually got the soup a day later. We also had to visit Panera two times for the soup but the best they could do was give us what we ordered and without being apologetic. We expect better customer service from Panera. This was not only disappointing but also insulting to be treated like we were just trying to get something for free.
