The second time in a row that they have forgotten stuff out my bag,when you ask is everything in here they said yes. A lie.. I had to go all the way down to the windmill to turn around.

Today I went to the Panera in Mechanicsville and ordered two breakfast sandwiches. When I got them the sandwiches were on the wrong bread, I brought this to the staff’s attention and they told me they were out of the bread I ordered. I get that but at least let me know as I’m ordering, now I’m stuck with two sandwiches I don’t want. I talked to the manager and I kid you not, she just stared at me and didn’t say a word, not even an “I’m sorry” or any attempt to correct the situation. I ended up walking away, hard to have a conversation with someone who isn’t talking back. Customer service is apparently a thing of the past.

Panera bread is one of my favorite place. I love the passion fruit smoothies with a fresh blueberry muffin can't beat it.
