I love Panera. Their food is great and the atmosphere is chill. However, I have gone to this particular Panera a few times and it has been closed even though it says it’s open on Google Maps. It seems like they keep changing their hours and it is very frustrating. I just went there at 4pm and they were closed, even though they said they were open till 7.

Expect a wait, if this location is even open.As of late staffing problems have caused this location to close early and/or not offer curbside or rapid indoor pick up.Even when the app says it is available you're met with locked doors and a sign to call to get your order.Drive thru wait times are longer than normal due to this as well. Have patience.Picked up breakfast this morning. As I said before I could not pick up my rapid pick up due to the doors being closed, I just went through the drove thru to get it. The employees seemed ok with that, I figured this would save someone from having to run it out to me. With only 2 cars ahead of me, the wait was a long one. Our sandwiches weren't wrapped real tight or taped and the contents had to be reassembled once I got home with it. Sausage was greasy and eggs were bland.

My Mom and I ordered ahead today and had our lunch delivered to our car. It could not have been better! The person bringing our food was friendly and efficient, the coffee was hot as was the French onion soup. The bread bowls and baguette were fresh and delicious. Everything was packaged well and very appetizing. Thank you, Panera Bread, for your wonderful staff and wonderful meal. We were very happy.
