The place is good and I like their sandwich.

Today’s purchasing at Timonium Panera Bread was surprisingly disappointing. Just name a few reasons here. There were only four different kinds of bagels to choose from instead of many more as usual. Among the limited choices, they were NOT baked to what a good bagel should be in terms of appearance and taste. Also, they didn’t single out containers of cream cheese packaging from bagels; instead they were mixed in one bag which was out of their routine customer service. As in the past, they always separated containers from bagels for the sake of anti-bacterial infections. This made us to go somewhere else for bagel shopping next time.

I place the catering order from this location. It was a very busy time and a lot of places were severely understaffed. But when I picked up my large catering order everything was perfect. The soup was hot the sandwiches were fresh all the condiments and silverware were included. And the staff was so nice to us. I really appreciate the hard work these people put in to make our occasion perfect. I highly recommend this location.
