First time visiting. Went on a Friday night around 8pm; just an hour before closing (there’s a reason why I mentioned this. Read on). Easy and speedy checkout. I used the stand alone-order yourself iPad in the common area. I did not like that they were cleaning as people were ordering and still eating. It’s uncomfortable and unhygienic for that to be happening around people that are still eating. Everything else was superb.

Order kiosks are not great but the food always is, so if you’re not patient with technology, order at the counter. The employees are really sweet and, today, brought my to-go bag directly to me instead of leaving it for pickup. Made my day so much better. I’m a regular at this point, it’s my favorite place to go after doctor’s appointments and days where I need a warm, quality meal very quickly or whenever I need a pick-me-up. Best Panera of the South

The order taker and food delivery service person was fast and super friendly for my 1st time visiting this Panera Bread. Especially at the busiest time of day. They got my order correct. Thank you!!I’ll be back here when I’m in town again.
