The manager gave me a free latte bc the cashier forgot to include in my original order or take my name; the barista was rude & took 20 minutes to make my latte after the manager asked the barista to make my latte & it was awful

What a pathetic store, ordered large Mac and cheese for my niece and got to the store before 9pm, evidently the decided to close before 9 and when I knocked at the door the looked at me and walked away. Stay away from this store because you will waste your time and money.

We just had my friend's bachelorette party and the maid of honor used Panera Bread to cater. It was awesome! Their sandwiches were great (although they could do a little better with the veggie options), the cookies were awesome! Everyone commented on how good the cookies were. The bread and chips were good and the salads were great! I really like Panera Bread as I have not yet had a bad experience. It only lacks one star because they need to amp up the amount of veggies on their sandwiches.
