Panera Bread in Erie

My experience started With rude employees the girl taking orders didn't even ask if I needed assistance I needed to ask if there was somebody available. Next she seems like she hated her job and didn't want to be there. She walked away after ordering our barkeryitems so how was I suppose to know I needed to wait. My bagels were toasted even through I did not ask them to be. I had also ordered another sandwich and they didn't ask me what type of bread it's on they just assumed they knew what I wanted. The girl walked away after taking our order so I just assumed we were picking up everything in one location which obviously was not the case I was sitting there waiting for about 10 minutes for my bakery items and my sandwich to be ready and I have to go track down my food from the bakery every Pinero does things differently I think they need a better system. The coffee was out. And on top of that the rude employees didn't say anything about the girl that brought her dog into Panera Bread. I mean I like dogs but not everybody does and as far as I know emotional support dogs are not allowed in restaurants and that dog was jumping all over the place it was very unprofessional I will not be back to this location shame on management hair for not having better employees.Also the stoffle was cold and hard and Burnet....

Awesome ! Just took a bus group here about 40 - 50 kids they got us in and outFood and service was Great !

Deli turkey sandwich, scraped off 3 tablespoons of mustard.. is that supposed to be that heavy? Was it because I didn't tip?
