Every time I come to this restaurant the bathroom is filthy which is incredible considering that this place is a restaurant I wonder what the prep area looks like if the bathroom is this nasty and this is one of the cleaner days

I LLOOOOOVVVVEEE Panera Bread. But -2 stars for the terrible customer service I received this morning. Came on 10/6/21 @9:30am, 2 ladies behind the counter, waiting for nearly 5 minutes before one lady who was entering gift card into the computer decided to look up and acknowledge me even tho I was standing right in front of her. She asked if I was ready And instructed the second lady who was ignoring me to help me. As someone who works in customer service, a simple "Good morning, we'll be right with you" can go a long way.
