I used to love Panera, but the last few times I have gone there I have been disappointed in the food. I ordered a half sandwich and there was one strip of chicken in it. It was buried in the bread. I just ordered the Asian Chicken salad and it was mostly lettuce with a few ingredients sprinkled on top. I could have done better making my own salad at home. Maybe the restaurant needs to lower the amount of selections they have so they can focus on making more quality foods, like they used to. In the meantime, I won't be going to Panera anymore.

roxanne at the register was extremely rude. literally only came here because i had a gift card. next time will just trade in panera gift card for cash. extremely upsetting.

High priced, the piece of bread was great the soup was not! They treat you like it's a fast foodbplace when they could do a lot better! I've been to another Panera bread before that was excellent,!
