I don't like to write bad reviews, however, this is my third time ordering take out from Panera and Panera messing up my order. Nothing complicated, no mayo, or no tomato. I've lived in this area a long time but it seems lately they are not doing a good job with orders. Waterford lakes Panera's is not doing a good job maybe training their employees. They weren't even busy just now when I picked up my order. No excuse for getting it wrong all the time. Disappointed and dissatisfie...

Need to clean restaurant. 1 inch of dust on display. Glass door dirty. Friendly staff.

Breakfast at Panera Bread is always delicious. Staff is excellent, friendly, and always courteous.
