This location is ALWAYS out of bread on a consistent basis. Not just the baguette but most of the sandwich Bread. So we usually cancelOrder and go to Louetta location.

Only had one person working the bakery and register. I stood waiting my turn for over 15 minutes. The young man was polite but a little rattled with previous customers. I ran out of time so wasn't able to get everything I needed. Food was delicious. Will try again

This is the worst location and customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered delivery, which is apparently by door dash. My order was a bacon turkey bravo sandwich, cup of tomato soup and some bagels. What did I receive? Broccoli cheddar soup, Caesar salad and a flat bread. I called and called the store with no one answering, just sent to an answering service that no one answered. Finally on my 4th attempt, the store answers and tries to blame door dash. It was 100% paneras fault because the bag delivered to me had NO NAME OR ORDER INFORMATION ON IT. To end the conversation, after being placed on hold for over 20 minutes, I told the lovely woman thank you for solidifying my distaste for Panera bread. Her response? You're welcome. This place is a joke! Run by morons! Panera - hire actual managers for your restaurant. This place is always disgustingly dirty too!
