I eat here so much, I should invest in the Panera Bread stock. This time, however, the morning team dropped the ball and left some items out of my Rapid Pick Up order but Jeff, the Manager on Duty more than outdid himself in empathy and rectifying the situation. THAT is how more businesses should handle unsatisfied customers. Way to go, Jeff!
