Rapid pickup was not rapid and several items in my order were incorrect. By the time the rest of my order was bagged, my flatbread was cold. I was not informed that they were out of bread bowls until after I looked in my bag and noticed it wasn’t it in there. One of the employees was apologetic about it but annoying seeing as though a lot of other things went wrong. Will not be returning to this location.

What a horrible expierance. It took over an hour to get my ‘pick 2’ completed. Oh her customer are starting to get irate!

I absolutely loved the real Panera Bread when they were TRYING to create their place in the restaurant business. Seriously, every thing I read happened to us. Completely turned our order upside down!! How do you mess up a cup of soup & salad????? I've made excuses for their breakfast not being fully cooked, & the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There's so much more but I don't have that kind of time right now.
