Check your order before you leave. They forgot to give me one of my order items. They always messed up disregarding if you order online or pick up.

I have gone to other Panera breads before , however this location was awful. The service was terrible. I ordered a duo plate. Unfortunately due to a shortage they were out of a lot of items. When I chose my options, they didn't have any of those available. I tried several combinations of soups/salads/sandwiches and the cashier lady said they did not have it. So I asked " what can I order that you guys do have ? " and she said "I don't know ! " so I took it as they didn't want any business so I left. They were not apologetic nor seemed to care.
